(Dip) Coating

We offer a dip coating service. We can coat various materials with natural rubber latex or neoprene (polychloroprene) latex. A range of thicknesses is available.

Dip coating is a practical, cost effective method to apply a coating to a variety of metal parts. This coating could provide a protective layer against other materials or possibly prevent corrosion.

An example of a dip coated product would be a tool grip/handle. The coating forms a functional protective layer which is comfortable to use.

Applications for dip coating include medical, industrial, and electrical products.
