NDURASEAL

NDURASEAL is a synthetic rubber seal or gasket developed by Precision Dippings for ongoing watertight protection of dry suits and dry tops.

NDURASEAL is made from neoprene (polychloroprene) rubber latex that is resistant to UV, ozone and oils and is a suitable material for people with latex allergies. It can be attached using weldable tapes without the need for additional treatments or primers.

Tested under laboratory conditions at the Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre (Rubber Consultants) for ozone resistance, NDURASEAL was at least 44 times more ozone resistant than standard latex seals

NDURASEAL has been successfully used in safety critical smoke escape hoods, and is a component material now commonly found on ships and aircraft.
